Hi Chandra,

As shared in my multi "award-winning" book, Preserved to Serve I was 6 credits shy of my Doctoirate in Education when I stopped to take care of my sick husband. I've never looked back even as many, including NYU were encouraging me to complete the program. Instead, I took care of my sickly son who was uplifted from hyperactivity and retardation to an honor student status who also received a citizenship award. It is the lessons learned there, and ongoingly,  that have propelled me to step out so boldly as to say we have options for health and education.

Hi Chandra:

Sorry to hear about your family situation.  A year ago I took in a 13 yr. old girl due to bullying and abuse from her mother.  She had to leave her entire family as well (mother, 2 sisters).  When she first came with me she had no social skills, no emotion, was very withdrawn, but a year later you wouldn't recognize her.  She is social, outgoing, grateful, smiling all the time.  I used many nlp and hypnosis techniques and then implemented many of the law of attraction principles.  It definitely worked.  If I can offer any advice to you let me know.  I wish you well.

Hi Chandra,

I"m sorry to hear that your boyfriend moved out. Try to see it as a good thing. Maybe it wasn't meant to be a good relationship. I'm sure you deserve much better. In my experience, people who drink too much are hiding from all sorts of problems and they're really not happy. I'm glad that school will keep you busy and you'll have lunch with your friend to cheer you up.

No news from here yet. I'll be thinking of you.

HI Chandra,

Thanks for sending a message. I thought you'd be busy with school so I waited to hear from you. Glad to hear your boyfriend is spending more time with you now. I'm sure he encourages you and lifts your spirits while you're busy with studying.

We had 2 book signings last weekend. They were fun. We sold quite a few books and the kids seemed so happy to hear about them and purchase them. The weather was cold on Sunday. Holly and I listened to the weatherman who said it would be warm and sunny so we weren't prepared for cold and rain. yikes.

I"ll be anxious to hear all about the happenings in your life so I'd love to hear from you whenever you have time to write.

HI Chandra,

You have all kinds of animals! They are fortunate to be so loved.
I used to teach horseback riding. It was fun and one of the good things is that I was patient, because it took me so long to learn it. Riding is something that requires some natural athletic ability, I think. You can still learn it without the natural ability, but it takes longer. It took me forever because my legs aren't as strong as most people's so I used to fall off all the time. But my dad used to tell me that's how you learn to stay on. It took me 6 years before I could jump in shows, when most people can do that in less than one year. yikes. But it was lots of fun once I learned it so I didn't mind that it took a long time.

I hope I'm a good mom. The boys got me a beautiful necklace yesterday. It's a silver ring. on a chain. It has mom engraved on it in different languages. They sent a special message along with it, too.

Deanie
