What are you passionate about?
Communication. It allows us to reveal ourselves to others. It creates true friendships and long term clients.
What makes you a valuable networking contact?
I believe that by sharing my experiences and knowledge I can help other realtors, as well as them helping me. I also am a great fan of referrals and would love to get to know agents from all areas for referring clients. Of course I also love to receive them!
How did you become involved in your current position? If you’re an entrepreneur, what inspired you to start your own company?
When my children were in school full time I became bored staying at home. I had been "burned" by a real estate deal and decided that I wanted to learn more about the field. I did not intend to go to work. One thing led to another and I joined a real estate brokerage. Next, I opened a local office for a company that was expanding their business to several communities. I stayed with that company for 17 years before deciding that I wold rather work for myself and "reap the rewards"---so I purchased a Re/max franchise.
