What are you passionate about?
I like to see growth in people, companies and organizations and see that expand throughout entire nations through sound and responsible leadership. If leadership in pillars of the community is sound, entire nations will move upwards.

My knowledge, experience, expertise, networking skills, my background which is extremely diverse and my inspirational skills.
How did you become involved in your current position? If you’re an entrepreneur, what inspired you to start your own company?
After studying at Lesley University I was able to start a program in a small community. I went back to my island (Curacao) and applied the same principle to start a consulting business and kept expanding with more services. Companies expressed satisfaction with the lives and performances I touched. Now some even express they see waste elimination and increase of ROI.
