I am passionate about ideas, history and travel to Cuba.

I am a professor, publisher, author and activist and my recommendations count. I am also an Obama fellow with extensive political contacts.
How did you become involved in your current position? If you’re an entrepreneur, what inspired you to start your own company?
I am a founder of a radical/progressive bookstore in Minneapolis called Arise Resource Center and Bookstore. I founded this bookstore and my online publishing company to market my controversial books and articles.
