Chandra Marston, Ed.D. said… I am being mistreated by my mother and my apartment manager. My mother said she did not want anything more to do with me and the apartment manager threw me out of a main room because I talked badly about her. And the Roseville Police Department refuses to do anything about it. I can't move at the moment.
